Sebastian
Bauer
Sebastian is currently the CAO of a non-profit organization with 40+ employees/ co-workers and a subsidiary for international scaling of operations. He has more than 7 years of senior leadership experience and founded his 1st corporation in 2007 while he was studying prevention, rehabilitation, and fitness sports science. He is further trained in laws, finance and taxation and has set up a consulting program in 2015 on request of the largest people’s association in the Free State of Bavaria, which still generates financial added value for the scholarship holders today.

Elina attained her high school diploma in 2023 and have embarked on a journey to study Economics at Goethe University in Frankfurt in Germany. She holds personal growth and development in high regard, which is why she is enthusiastic about the prospect of working for our company in the role of a Senior Consultant Operational Excellence.
Martin
Bauer, MD
Martin received his academic degree as an MD from Julius-Maximilians University of Wuerzburg in Germany. In addition, he is board certified in Anesthesiology, Rescue Medicine, and Medical Informatics and has more than 10 years’ experience of working in academic hospitals. He held over the last two decades various positions in clinical development, clinical research and operations of increasing responsibilities with contract research organizations and pharmaceutical companies.
